Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in DTC, e-commerce or digital sales, including NA e-commerce ops.
• Proven ownership of revenue, GMV, profitability or customer growth targets.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital commerce teams at strategic and hands-on levels.
• Hands-on with Shopify or Amazon, including advertising, promos and ops.
• Strong understanding of NA consumer behavior, digital merchandising and CRM.

Aufgaben

• Lead Americas DTC and Amazon revenue, GMV, profitability, market share, and customer growth.
• Develop and execute commercial, promotional, and product launch plans across DTC and Amazon.
• Manage Amazon relationships, catalog health, content quality, and digital shelf execution.
• Improve traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and advertising efficiency.
• Coordinate DTC and Amazon plans for assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, and launches.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital commerce team of 4–5 people.
• Provide visibility to leadership on risks, opportunities, and performance.
