Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, portfolio governance, or enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s group-wide digital and data strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance and decision-making.
• Drive transformation performance management with measurable outcomes.
• Align technology strategy with clinical, operational and business goals.
• Manage budget creation, financial controls and governance.
• Partner with external stakeholders including Mars Petcare entities.
