• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, portfolio management, or enterprise governance.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven track record of leading transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s digital and data strategy with executive leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance for digital/data investments.
• Align technology strategy with clinical, operational, and business goals across MVH.
• Manage budget creation, financial controls, and governance mechanisms.
