You will partner with senior leaders to shape MVH’s digital roadmap, oversee portfolio governance, and drive value realization across global clinical, operational, and commercial priorities. The role requires 12+ years in digital strategy and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum 12+ years in digital strategy, portfolio management, or enterprise governance.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven track record of leading transformation programs and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of digital products, platforms, data ecosystems, and enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s group-wide digital and data strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance and prioritization.
• Ensure alignment of strategy with clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and value realization.
• Lead budget creation, governance, and financial controls.
