Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital growth portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth and drive adoption across our digital products.

This role requires 7+ years in product management, strong data analysis and experimentation skills, and a track record of launching large-scale digital initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital growth, user acquisition, or monetization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and launching large-scale digital products that have driven significant business growth.
• Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital product strategies and growth.

Responsibilities

• Define the key metrics and KPIs for digital growth.
• Executive leadership principles and Mars Five Principles are expected to be demonstrated.
• Own and articulate long-term vision and strategy for the digital growth product area.
• Lead high-impact, complex product initiatives from conception through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Mentor and develop other product managers and promote best practices.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
