Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join MVH’s Finance team. The role will drive financial modeling, ROI analysis, and portfolio performance tracking across MVH digital initiatives.

You will partner with Portfolio Managers and the DT Finance team to ensure alignment with accounting standards, forecasting cycles, and budget reconciliation while delivering actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or management consulting.
• 2+ years of direct experience supporting technology portfolios, IT PMOs, digital transformation programs, or working within a Digital Technology department.

Responsibilities

• Construct robust, data-backed business cases and ROI models.
• Track financial performance and variance of the global portfolio.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and DT Finance to align on accounting standards and budgeting timelines.
• Translate project delivery data into standardized financial terminology for corporate finance.
