Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Director of Data Engineering & Modeling to lead enterprise data engineering, modeling, and data product development. You will drive scalable, governed data assets supporting operational, analytical, and AI use cases across MVH North America hubs.

You will define standards, lead pipelines and semantic models, oversee DataOps, and mentor managers and senior engineers. A strong cloud data background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or data architecture.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building enterprise data products.
• Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms.
• Experience implementing DataOps and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data engineering standards and practices.
• Lead development of data products, pipelines, and semantic models.
• Establish enterprise data modeling standards.
• Oversee data integration and transformation frameworks.
