Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Director to lead digital strategy, governance and transformation for MVH’s global portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to align technology investments with clinical and business goals and drive measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

The role requires extensive experience in digital strategy, portfolio governance and transformation, with a hybrid work model across MVH North America hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, portfolio governance, or enterprise governance in a complex, multi-brand environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional technology teams.
• Proven track record of leading transformation programs and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s group-wide digital and data strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance including demand intake, scoping and prioritization of digital/data analytics investments.
• Align technology strategy with clinical, operational and business goals across MVH’s global portfolio.
• Oversee full product and platform portfolio management with governance discipline.
• Drive strategic alignment across multiple product teams and technology domains.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs and benefits realization for initiatives.
