Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation to partner with the CDIO and Head of Transformation. You will shape MVH’s digital strategy, oversee portfolio governance, and drive value realization across a global portfolio of digital initiatives.

The role requires a strong track record in transformation programs, budget oversight, and stakeholder management, with hybrid collaboration across MVH locations including North America hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is required.
• 12+ years in digital strategy, portfolio management, or enterprise governance.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budget planning and performance tracking.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement across C-level and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s digital/data strategy with executive leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance model across digital/data investments.
• Align technology strategy with clinical, operational and business goals.
