Mars Veterinary Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Product Manager to shape the future of our digital portfolio from the Vancouver support office.

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital growth, lead cross‑functional teams, and mentor other product managers to drive significant business impact. You will define KPIs, champion data-informed decision making, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership while staying aligned with Mars' Five Principles and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital growth, user acquisition, or monetization.
• Proven success leading large-scale digital products driving significant growth.
• Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define the key metrics and KPIs for digital growth.
• Own and articulate long-term vision and strategy for the digital growth product area.
• Lead high‑impact product initiatives from conception through launch and iteration.
• Mentor and develop other product managers and promote best practices.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership.
