Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Director-level leader to join the Directors team, focusing on team development, client retention and growth, and expanding Flywheel’s position in digital commerce across media and retail. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive value for clients at executive levels.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proactive client growth while maintaining a high-performing hybrid team culture. EST time zone preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ecommerce experience across Digital Commerce retailers & intermediaries.
• Proven track record prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience presenting to and influencing at Executive level.
• Strong people management, mentoring and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client executive relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee multiple client teams providing guidance to achieve client goals and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients and align with client growth objectives.
• Oversee and implement strategy to scale Flywheel Digital effectively and efficiently.
• Act as a brand ambassador and participate in business development, conferences, and webinars.
• Ensure team has training and resources for ongoing professional development.
• Maintain team morale in a hybrid work environment.
• Contribute to hiring, team structuring and account resourcing decisions.
• Travel required based on client needs.
