Flywheel seeks a leader for our Directors team focused on retail media search. You will drive team development, client retention and growth, and expansion of Flywheel as the leading Digital Commerce solution.

The role requires hands-on experience running sponsored search across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect and Instacart, plus strong people leadership and executive partnership skills. You'll align search strategy with retail operations and broader media mix, work with the Commerce Leadership team,

Formación

8+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing with leadership in retail media.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) and other networks.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
Ability to translate data into stories for executives.

Responsabilidades

Define strategic direction for retail search across client portfolios.
Lead multiple client teams to achieve KPIs and resolve issues.
Grow revenue by expanding retailers and networks and integrating search with retail strategy.
Shape Flywheel's retail search practice with best practices and tooling.
Maintain executive relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
Travel as required based on client needs.
