Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Director-level leader to join Flywheel Digital's Directors team. You will focus on team development, client retention and growth, and expanding Flywheel's leadership in Digital Commerce.

The role requires commerce experience, strong people leadership, and executive-level collaboration. You will drive long-term client partnerships, oversee multiple client teams, and help scale strategy while acting as a brand ambassador for Flywheel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of eCommerce experience across Digital Commerce retailers or similar.
• Strong fundamentals of Commerce (search, display, video, content, promotion).
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong executive client relationships and drive referrals.
• Oversee multiple client teams and ensure performance against goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients.
• Oversee Flywheel Digital strategy and scaling plans.
• Represent Flywheel externally through business development and events.
• Ensure ongoing professional development and training for the team.
• Maintain morale in a hybrid work environment.
• Improve team operating efficiency while balancing workload and quality.
• Contribute to hiring, team structure, and account resourcing decisions.
