Flywheel, a digital commerce solutions leader, seeks an experienced commerce executive to join its Directors team. You will develop and support teams, manage executive client relationships, drive growth with existing clients, and help scale Flywheel’s services across media and retail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of eCommerce experience across digital commerce retailers or intermediaries.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client executive relationships to foster long term partnerships.
• Oversee multiple client teams, ensuring performance against goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients.
• Oversee and implement Flywheel Digital strategy to scale effectively.
• Act as a brand ambassador and participate in business development activities.
• Ensure team training and professional development.
• Maintain team morale in a hybrid work environment.
• Seek ways to improve operating efficiency while balancing work/life.
• Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions.
• Travel required based on client needs.
