Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a senior commerce leader to join the Directors team. You will drive client relationships, growth, and development across media and retail, while guiding teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in eCommerce, a strong fundamentals of commerce, and proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills. This is a hybrid position with in-office days required in Atlanta, GA region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of eCommerce experience across Digital Commerce retailers & intermediaries.
• Expert in fundamentals of Commerce (search, display, video, content, promotion, etc.).
• Proven track record prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to Flywheel's success.
• Team management experience with leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving & analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Results driven with strong customer focus.
• Experience presenting and influencing at Executive level.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments; bias for action; proactive and curious.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client executive relationships to foster long term partnerships and drive incremental value.
• Oversee multiple client teams ensuring strong performance against goals and resolving issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients aligned with their growth objectives.
• Jointly oversee and implement the strategy of Flywheel Digital for scalable growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel internally and externally through business development and events.
• Ensure the team has training, resources and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain team morale and motivation in a hybrid work environment.
• Seek ways to improve operating efficiency while balancing workload and quality.
• Contribute to hiring, team structuring and account resourcing decisions; travel as needed.
