Elliott Davis seeks a Senior Manager in the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group to help clients optimize people, processes, and technology across ERP stacks. The role blends leadership with hands-on system design, implementing strategies that maximize value and drive organizational impact.

You will manage complex ERP projects, mentor teams, and lead business development efforts while maintaining high standards of client service and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations across multiple systems.
• Proven business development experience.
• Strong Excel working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Lead ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Formulate plans and timelines for projects; manage budgets and change orders.
• Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and sign-off on deliverables.
• Develop proposals and client engagement letters.
