Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Systems Consulting to lead ERP strategy and implementation efforts across client organizations. You will drive system optimization, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver tangible improvements in processes and technology alignment.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, supervise staff, and contribute to business development while shaping the growth of the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• ERP implementation experience with multiple systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Dynamics).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in project management and leading teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Oversee ERP implementation and restructuring projects.
• Convert records for input into new systems.
• Provide sign-off on project work and QA.
