Job summary

K1x is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to relaunch and own the end-to-end demand-gen function. You will drive pipeline, shape the lifecycle strategy, and lead a lean team while collaborating with Sales and RevOps for scalable growth.

You are a hands-on strategist who can manage ABM, events, digital programs, and KPI-driven reporting in a fast-growing fintech-adjacent context. This remote-first role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand generation or growth marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own pipeline targets and forecast with exec-level communication.
• Experience leading a marketing team and coordinating with Sales/RevOps.
• Experience running events, ABM programs, and lifecycle nurture at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own demand gen strategy, annual and quarterly plans with KPIs.
• Lead a small marketing team, mentor peers, and manage agency partners.
• Build dashboards to show marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Own digital strategy across paid search, social, display, and retargeting.
• Design and run hosted events strategy and lead capture with attribution.
• Scale ABM programs and lifecycle marketing across the funnel.
