Job summary

Capital One Software Marketing is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine and drive growth for our SaaS platform. You’ll lead end-to-end demand strategy, integrate across marketing and sales, and manage programs from awareness to acquisition.

This is a remote-friendly, revenue-accountable leadership role focused on qualified pipeline and ROI. You’ll partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, SDR/BDR, Partner Marketing, Web Marketing, and Data teams to build

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in B2B marketing.
• At least 5 years experience in Software or SaaS demand generation.
• Experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes in a Software or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology and data-driven attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and pipeline planning.
• Lead integrated, full-funnel campaigns across digital, ABM, webinars, and content syndication.
• Build a scalable demand engine with privacy-aware data practices and AI-enabled optimization.
• Align marketing with Sales for SLA governance, routing, and pipeline reviews.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team and communicate results to executives.
