Job summary

Constellis is hiring a Director of Business Development & Capture in Moyock, NC. This role leads complex capture efforts across federal and commercial markets and oversees project management duties to ensure disciplined capture execution and a smooth transition to contract award.

The position requires a strong SOF background, experience shaping requirements with customers, and the ability to coordinate with MSS leadership, pricing, contracts, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in capture management, business development, or program management.
• SOF background required; experience with SOCOM, federal agencies, or commercial customers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, including customer engagement plans and teaming strategies.
• Engage with SOF, federal, and commercial customers to shape requirements and align MSS solutions.
• Coordinate with MSS leadership, operations, pricing, contracts, and legal for integrated capture execution.
• Maintain capture plans, schedules, milestones, and pipeline forecasting.
• Ensure disciplined execution and transition from capture to contract award.
