Job summary

PQT Ayaquhs LLC is seeking a Business Development Director who will lead the business development and capture efforts focused exclusively on contracts awarded by or in direct support of USSOCOM and other Combatant Commands as directed.

The Director drives revenue growth through opportunity identification, competitive positioning, teaming strategies, and capture planning across the SOF Enterprise — encompassing USSOCOM, SOF Component commands, sub-unified commands, the Joint Staff, Services, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of business development experience in defense markets, domestically and internationally.
• Deep knowledge of Combatant Commands, USSOCOM, the SOF Enterprise, the SOF budget cycle, and related regulations (FAR/DFAR/ITAR).
• Proven success winning federal opportunities on IDIQ, BPA, GWAC, GSA Schedule, and task orders valued at $50M+.
• Strong relationships with USSOCOM offices and current vendors for teaming opportunities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence and growth strategy for the SOF Enterprise.
• Develop RFP/RFI responses, teaming, staffing plans, and price-to-win analyses.
• Build and maintain leadership-level relationships with government customers and industry partners.
• Coordinate proposal development, gate reviews, and pipeline forecasting in the CRM system.
• Mentor staff and align GM/PM understanding of the business development model.
