Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership in pharma/biopharma
• Proven track record of territory growth and meeting annual targets
• Deep experience selling Early Phase Clinical Trials/FSP services including regulatory, safety and technology trends
• Strategic business awareness and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Established relationships with decision-makers in pharma/biopharma organizations

Responsibilities

• Grow new business across a defined North American territory.
• Develop opportunity pipelines, qualify high-priority deals and win new business.
• Collaborate with client partners and leaders to grow portfolio and geography.
• Understand industry challenges and develop solutions to win new business.
• Network with potential clients and represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Drive sales across Clinical, Generics, Regulatory and Safety verticals using internal capabilities.
• Develop and execute territory plans with target accounts and milestones.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to resolve issues and present compelling proposals.
