Perceptive Group is looking for a Business Development Director to drive new business and expand client partnerships in the life sciences sector. This remote role in Germany requires proven success in sales and a deep understanding of the market.

The successful candidate will develop territory strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong relationships with clients. The position offers a competitive salary of €90,000 – €110,000 per annum along with a sales incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales within life sciences.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles including proposal development.
• Fluent in English and German.
