Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Cyber GRC, Information Security, or Enterprise Risk Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of the market for Cyber GRC tools and the components of a Cyber GRC solution.
• Experience leading Cyber GRC platform selection and guiding implementation, customization, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership for client needs and requests.
• Identify root causes of client barriers and reframing to drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.
• Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales by serving as the voice of the market to drive client engagement.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
