Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Business Director to shape a data-driven strategy across customer insights and decisioning. You will own end-to-end data product strategy, tracking metrics to sharpen segmentation and personalize decisions at the individual customer level.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and test strategies, and drive initiatives across marketing, credit risk, and product. A strong analytics background and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 5 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive success for Capital One.
• Lead and mentor analysts to develop talent and capabilities.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Lead marketing insights and design to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling future trends and testing hypotheses.
