Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager, Customer Data to lead a team developing a broad universe of data products. You will drive real-time customer experiences, govern data platforms, and collaborate with business and technology partners to enable secure, scalable data solutions across Banking and Enterprise teams.

You will mentor product managers, translate data strategy into consumer-facing products, and shape multi-year roadmaps to deliver value while safeguarding customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating data strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers developing data products.
• Drive real-time intelligent experiences and fraud protection through data platforms.
