Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Creator Strategy to unlock consumer insights, connect them with cultural trends, and develop creator-driven brand opportunities.

This full-time, hybrid role requires leadership in cross-functional teams and a knack for identifying emerging creators and trends that drive client growth. Offices are in LA or Dumbo, Brooklyn with a 3x/week in-person expectation.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years+ experience in creator strategy, creator partnerships, digital strategy, or social-led brand strategy.
• Strong foundation in brand strategy with data-driven decision-making.
• Agency experience with national/global brands, especially in tech or QSR.

Responsibilities

• Creative Brief Development with insights and analytics teams to distill consumer and culture data into actionable insights.
• Lead high-level, long-term creator strategy and campaign planning.
• Contribute to new business responses and pitches; support seamless handoff to teams.
• Stay ahead of creator trends, platforms and culture to identify opportunities for clients.
• Communicate insights clearly through persuasive storytelling and decks.
