Job summary

THE·TEAM in Brooklyn seeks a Senior Manager for Creator Partnerships who truly understands influencer marketing and the social landscape. You will oversee influencer campaigns, manage project leads and build strong client relationships to deliver results that align with budgets and timelines.

You'll work in a hybrid role (Dumbo office 3 days per week) on a short-term assignment through end of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with negotiating talent contracts and working with agents.

Responsibilities

• Execute successful influencer campaigns across a number of clients and verticals
• Serve as client primary contact, leading kick-off calls and weekly status calls
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive impactful results against client goals
• Source, vet and contract influencer talent
• Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with talent and agents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client KPIs are met
• Should have experience managing paid media process and reporting
• Efficiently manage deliverables timelines and budgets
• Prepare and present project reporting, analyzing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations
