Job summary

ATTN: is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead executive-level client partnerships and drive multi-channel programs in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will bridge client C-suites with creative, strategy, production, and media teams, shaping creator-led and influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Based in Los Angeles or New York, this hybrid role requires 3 days on-site at one of our hubs, with strong leadership, negotiation, and financial acumen to grow revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management, marketing, or public relations within creative/advertising/media/PR agencies.
• 5+ years leading creator/influencer programs at scale, including sourcing, negotiation, and licensing.
• 4+ years managing and mentoring teams with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
