Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a global SRE function, shaping reliability strategy for mission-critical SaaS services delivered remotely. You will partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to improve uptime, resilience, and service performance at scale.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in SRE/DevOps, deep experience with CI/CD, automation, and Kubernetes, and a proven track record in modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud operations with leadership experience
• Proven track record managing high-volume, mission-critical SaaS services globally
• Expertise in CI/CD practices, automation, and shared ownership of production outcomes
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code, cloud provisioning, and Kubernetes
• Deep knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, and incident management
• Experience leading large-scale modernization or migration programs
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical issues

Responsabilités

• Lead a global SRE organization, ensuring reliability and operational readiness
• Define and implement the SRE strategy and operating model for multi-tenant services
• Own the roadmap for platform modernization, including Kubernetes and data improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product commitments into infrastructure plans
• Enhance DevOps practices by improving collaboration and expanding automation
• Oversee production operations, including service-level objectives and incident response
• Establish metrics for reliability, incident management, and operational efficiency
