Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Retail Operations for a multi-site banner network. The role focuses on execution, performance, and customer experience across a remote setup, with ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure standards and strong business results.

The position emphasizes leadership of field teams, resource alignment, and strategic initiatives to strengthen sales and profitability while maintaining consistent standards across banners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations or a comparable multi-site environment.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing management teams.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and performance management.
• Significant experience in a performance-driven environment focused on sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail operations leaders across the network
• Set clear expectations and manage team performance
• Ensure execution of the business plan and achievement of sales and profitability objectives
• Identify and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
• Coordinate resources and align teams to optimize business results
