Power Digital is seeking a Group Director to lead its B2B division, expanding client portfolios and guiding a high-performing team. You will shape go-to-market strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive service expansion while maintaining executive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will partner with senior leadership to define growth targets, mentor ADs/AMs, and contribute to strategic initiatives like Power Circuit, measurement frameworks, and new business

Formación

• 10+ years leading in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing P&L for profitable growth.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and client retention.
• Strong ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of owned, earned, and paid channels and first‑party data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a client portfolio within the B2B division.
• Cultivate senior-level client relationships and drive growth opportunities.
• Define go-to-market strategy and contribute to Power Circuit solutions.
• Oversee division operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with DI, Media Planning, Activation, and Creative teams on cross-functional challenges.
• Represent Power Digital in conferences, pitches, and client case studies.
