• Minimum 15 years of Project Management and/or Construction Management experience.
• Experience on large, transit related, public agency construction programs.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations during planning and design to minimize costs and disruptions.
• Assist with front-end contractor documents as required.
• Support risk identification and mitigation.
• Establish CM standards for safety, scheduling, change management, and quality.
