Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, seeks a Senior Director, Community Management to lead a portfolio strategy aimed at maximizing asset value and operational excellence across multiple California communities. This role focuses on Business Plan execution, staff leadership, and strong financial stewardship.

You will drive resident services, revenue management, and KPI performance while coordinating with divisions to maintain Irvine Company's maintenance and service

Qualifications

• 10-15 years leadership experience across a multi-site large portfolio.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer service focused culture for residents, prospects, vendors and employees.
• Lead and coach portfolio team; recruit, develop, and coach managers.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and development with focus on engagement.
• Provide market intelligence to support pricing strategy.
• Manage on-site revenue and expenses to the Business Plan; assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate KPIs and develop tactical plans to hit objectives.
• Develop and implement a portfolio operating strategy informed by analytics.
• Ensure maintenance standards across communities.
• Execute staffing plans with succession planning.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments within Apartments and divisions.
