Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. Fully remote is preferred with Central Time Zone hours; hybrid onsite may be required near branch locations depending on business needs.

The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth, including M&A integration and evolving the operating model for Commercial P&C.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and drive process improvement across the organization.
• Support M&A integration, planning, and execution.
• Provide SME guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
