Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to build and lead a centralized analytics capability that informs performance, growth opportunities, and launches across a growing rare disease portfolio.

The role integrates patient, prescriber, account, access, promotional, and performance analytics, leads a small team, and partners with cross-functional functions to drive scalable decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of performance across demand generation, patient journeys, accounts, access, and field execution.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers and translate findings into clear recommendations for leaders.
• Guide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning, and post-launch evaluation.
• Build an analytics roadmap spanning customer segmentation, journey analytics, promotional response, and predictive modeling.
• Establish a prioritization process to focus analytics on high-value questions and reduce low-value work.
• Set standards for KPIs, methods, definitions, and dashboards to simplify reporting.
• Partner with forecasting, market insights, field operations, and data teams to connect insights and decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Analytics team and manage external partners.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to support timely decisions.
