Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial analytics with leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in analytics, data science, economics or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, patient journeys, prescriber behavior and access.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Guide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning and post-launch evaluation.
• Build an analytics roadmap covering segmentation, patient journey analytics and predictive modelling.
• Establish a prioritization process to focus analytics on high-value business questions.
• Set standards for KPIs, analytics methods and documentation.
• Partner with Forecasting, Market Insights and Sales to connect insights with decisions.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Analytics team and manage external partners.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to executives to drive timely decisions.
