Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics and Decision Science in San Diego (remote options) to lead a centralized analytics capability that informs commercial decisions. You will steer analytics across brands, indications, and launches, integrating patient, prescriber, access, and field data, while building a scalable team and roadmap.

The role reports to the VP and collaborates with Forecasting, Market Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in analytics, statistics, data science, economics, business, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial analytics, decision science, data science, or related function, including people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, pull-through, patient identification, referrals, starts, access, conversion, persistence, prescriber behavior, accounts, promotion, and field execution.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers, quantify opportunities and risks, and translate findings into clear recommendations for commercial and executive leaders.
• Guide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning, annual planning, customer strategy, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Build a practical analytics roadmap spanning customer segmentation, patient journey analytics, promotional response, predictive modeling, next best action, and resource optimization.
