Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in biopharma or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development abilities.
• Solid business, planning and budget management acumen.
• Experience managing commercial vendors and service providers for analytics.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams and translate priorities into analytics needs.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with pharma regulatory/commercial operations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analytics strategy to support launches, performance, and pipeline planning.
• Coach and develop US Commercial analytics team to high performance.
• Manage external vendor relationships for high-quality analytics deliverables.
• Embed data, scalable analytics, and AI-enabled insights into commercial routines.
• Deliver insights across brand, customer, patient, product, and performance domains.
