Job summary

Axtria seeks an experienced Director/Senior Director to lead Commercial Analytics in the Life Sciences domain. You will drive AI-powered analytics initiatives, shape client strategy, and grow multi-million-dollar opportunities across pharma and health-care clients.

The role requires 10+ years in Commercial/Advanced Analytics, strong client engagement, and experience in solution selling. Boston-based or open to regional placement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Client Engagement: Independently manages, builds, and exceeds targets for clients.
• Growth Responsibility, P&L and Resource Management: Expand strategic partnerships, generate multi-million-dollar revenue streams, deliver measurable outcomes.
• Capability Building & Thought Leadership: SME capable of influencing client discussion; publications/whitepapers possible.
• Team building, ownership & accountability: Foster learning, growth-oriented culture, accountability.
• Business Development: Sell across Axtria segments using a consultative approach; identify untapped opportunities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Lead client meetings and presentations; establish Axtria as trusted advisor.
