CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW, guiding architecture, platform engineering, and production readiness at enterprise scale.

You will build teams, set standards, govern cost, security, and reliability, and partner with SRE, DevOps, security, data, and enterprise architecture to translate business priorities into scalable cloud foundations.

Competenze

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years in technology leadership, architecture or management.
• 7+ years hands-on with GCP, AWS and Azure.

Mansioni

• Own multi-cloud strategy and roadmaps for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead cloud foundations, networking, security, Kubernetes, data services and observability.
• Drive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and ensure production readiness.
• Establish governance, cost, security and reliability standards with FinOps input.
• Develop talent, set patterns, and partner with cross-functional teams.
