CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute the multi-cloud strategy across Health100 and PCW using GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will set the technical direction, roadmaps, and operating model for enterprise-scale cloud platforms, while building an organization focused on reliability and security.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, architecture reviews, and driving modernization with measurable outcomes.

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of technology leadership and large-scale delivery.
7+ years with GCP, AWS, or Azure across multiple regions.
5+ years Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
Experience aligning security, compliance, and cost controls.
Healthcare/regulated environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Drive delivery across internal teams, cloud providers, and partners with risk management.
Establish automated, reusable patterns and self-service capabilities for faster delivery.
Partner with Security, FinOps and SRE to ensure reliability and cost effectiveness.
