CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to shape the multi-cloud platform strategy across GCP, AWS and Azure, directing a multi-year roadmap for Health100 and PCW. You will set technical direction, drive modernization, and build an organization focused on reliability, governance, and cost efficiency.

Role emphasizes leadership across Platform Engineering, DevOps/Operations, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Architecture, with a focus on talent development and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
5+ years of technology leadership at scale.
7+ years in at least one major cloud and multi-cloud experience.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, and lifecycle of enterprise cloud platforms.
Drive delivery plans with internal teams, cloud providers, and partners.
Embed security, cost, observability, and operational readiness from the start.
