CVS Health seeks a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud platform strategy for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, automation, and production readiness for scalable, secure cloud services.

This role partners with DevOps, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver measurable outcomes, drive modernization, and optimize costs at enterprise scale.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years of deep engineering in at least one major public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) across multi-cloud foundations.
• 5+ years of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and reusable engineering patterns.
• 5+ years of partnering with dedicated DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
• 5+ years of defining/applying SLOs, SLIs, production-readiness criteria, observability, and disaster recovery.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives balancing delivery with platform modernization and debt reduction.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive-level visibility into roadmap progress, platform adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive engineering of cloud foundations, networking, identity, security, Kubernetes, data services, and observability using reference architectures.
• Convert priorities into executable delivery plans and manage dependencies, blockers, and risk across internal teams, cloud providers, and partners.
