Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Director, Client Success to lead strategy and performance across our healthcare client portfolio. You will partner with executives up to the C‑suite to translate market insights into proactive, growth-oriented plans.

This role requires building scalable talent, governing processes, and driving retention and revenue across large accounts, while aligning cross‑functional teams in Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client success or related fields, with 5+ years leading managers
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment and Retrieval processes
• Proven experience managing executive-level relationships
• Ability to drive revenue, retention, and growth in multi-million portfolios

Responsibilities

• Guide strategy across accounts aligning client roadmaps to Datavant priorities.
• Anticipate market shifts and translate insights into proactive strategies.
• Lead a team of CSMs and managers, fostering alignment across functions.
• Oversee delivery across implementations, renewals, growth, and escalations.
• Own executive relationships up to the C-suite.
