Circana is a leading data and analytical solutions company, hiring a Director, Client Insights to expand partnerships with a major food & beverage client in the U.S. The role focuses on delivering insight-led solutions, managing the sales cycle, and building strategic client relationships with data-driven context.

Location can be New York City or Dallas/Frisco, TX, onsite four days a week. The position includes performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive business experience with strong understanding of manufacturer/retailer issues (Retailer, CPG, or Manufacturer).
• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related CPG insights roles including POS or consumer panels.

Aufgaben

• Drive Client Growth by expanding relationships and aligning Circana’s data and software with client goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions by translating data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Manage the Sales Cycle from prospecting to closing, including needs assessment and solution development.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Build Strategic Relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers.
• Maintain Industry Expertise by staying current on retail/CPG trends to position Circana as a trusted advisor.
• Utilize Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements and delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets through disciplined pipeline management and account planning.
• Champion Client Success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Advanced Analytic Skills to provide actionable insights and inform strategy.
• Serve as primary client service contact, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and regular updates of syndicated and custom tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and training.
