BNY is seeking a Senior Director, Client Executive to lead strategic client relationships within the Infrastructure Finance team in New York, NY. The role focuses on leveraging broad capabilities, managing capital deployment, and aligning with business strategy.

The successful candidate will drive high-profile engagements, mentor staff on account planning, and ensure effective client engagement while collaborating across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 15+ years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in credit, banking or financial and risk analysis preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages strategic client relationships and leverage deep subject matter expertise to position BNY's broad serving capabilities and manage the deployment of capital.
• Oversees highest priority initiatives that are defined by the business strategy and contributing to the organization's values and vision.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with other lines of business to ensure common client goals across the organization.
• Serves as an expert for staff on a broad range of Company products/services.
• Expert understanding of the client base and leads highest profile or highest risk client engagements.
• Tracks and reports on team metrics and results; coaches and guides assigned staff on improving the execution of the account plan and achievement of goals.
• Works with leadership to implement the goals and objectives for the team.
• Ensures effective client engagement.
• Serves as an escalation point for critical service issues or roadblocks; shepherds issues through to resolution.
• Provides feedback at the most critical times.
• Manages the operational activities and resources of a team.
• Responsible for the achievement of function goals and objectives.
• Has financial and human resource responsibilities for the function.
