BNY is seeking a Senior Director, Client Executive for Investment Managers to lead the Asset Servicing team. The role is based in NYC, Boston, or Los Angeles and focuses on strategic client growth, deal structuring, and senior client engagement.

You will manage top clients, shape coverage strategies, mentor teams, and drive revenue growth while balancing risk and regulatory compliance. This leadership position emphasizes collaboration across marketing, legal, and compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in financial services or related roles.
• Proven track record in senior client management and sales cycles.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Aligns team to client growth vectors and sets strategy for enterprise growth.
• Manage portfolio of key clients at the highest levels including the C-Suite.
• Develops and implements the client coverage strategy and owns the optimization process for client relationships.
• Oversees deal structures and negotiates terms to balance client needs with firm objectives and risk.
• Directs functional strategy to achieve business objectives and ensures deals are compliant with regulations.
• Ensures staff have access to firm-wide resources to support proposals and deal structuring.
• Manages client experience partnerships and feedback loops to support transactional needs and product development.
• Develops key metrics and sales analyses to gauge coverage success and reports results.
