Omnicom is seeking a Senior Director of Business Analytics to drive data-driven consulting for major clients. You will lead analytics strategy, audience identification, and measurement programs, translating complex insights into actionable marketing programs.

You will mentor teams, stay ahead of industry trends, and partner with planning and investment groups to optimize budgets and plans. This role blends client leadership with hands-on analytics expertise in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution is desirable.
• Experience with 1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes and data clean rooms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify business problems and develop analytics roadmaps to impact outcomes.
• Lead consumer segmentation and audience identification processes.
• Advise clients on audience strategy, measurement and analytics.
• Develop and execute measurement plans and update them with new learnings.
• Distill complex analytics into actionable data stories for decision making.
• Mentor direct reports and drive career growth within the team.
