Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to turn raw customer data into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and operational improvements across its client base.

You will build scalable analytics within the Client Success team, turning findings into clear recommendations for proactive partnerships. The role combines deep technical skills with business acumen, focusing on storytelling through data to enable CCC’s client-facing teams to move from reactive reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data analyst roles (customer-success or related functions preferred).
• Advanced SQL skills required for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights to improve customer performance and connect analytics outputs to measurable outcomes such as product adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports tracking customer health metrics, adoption, churn risk, and engagement.
• Own core dashboards and repeatable analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Contribute measurable improvements in reporting efficiency, client insight quality, and adoption analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Apply advanced analytics: regression, clustering, predictive modeling for customer behavior forecasting.
• Ensure data governance and quality monitoring.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Automate analytics workflows to streamline processes.
